COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pier Electronic 3019/AD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Production-Process products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Production-Process such as the 830000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PFXEXEDV4 manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXGE4501WAD by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand AGP3300HS1D24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ppt such as Impact equipment made by Ppt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ppt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ppt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E100ANP made by Polyspede as well as the popular 7100B original spares produced by Process-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MUZS80CC1 by Port and Impact spares by Ppt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PNOZX9P24VD7n Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
